Set on an acre of sheltering oaks, this Montecito estate draws its design from the works of Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868-1928). Born in Glasgow, Mackintosh received his inspiration from Scottish traditions, Art Nouveau, and Japanese aesthetics. As an architect, designer, and botanical water colour artist, Mackintosh created a new style for the 20th century. This 21st century home carries on the tradition with an extraordinary attention to detail.
