"Having majored in art and architectural history at Yale, I have a real appreciation for quality properties in Santa Barbara with design integrity. And fine homes are not limited to Montecito by any means. Good quality can be found in Carpinteria, Summerland, Hope Ranch, Goleta and throughout Santa Barbara County. You just have to know where to look."

The agreement also included the acquisition of the company-owned real estate brokerage offices by NRT Incorporated, a Cendant subsidiary that owns and operates those offices today as Sothebys International Realty, Inc.
