Stephanie first moved to Santa Barbara in 1990 where she attended college and lived for seven years. She has since spent nine years living in various beach front communities between Ventura and Santa Barbara. Stephanie has first-hand experience of how demographics, tides, traffic, neighborhood amenities, public parks and access, surf, and other factors impact many of these unique communities and she is able to offer this specific knowledge to clients interested in buying and selling in these areas. She has been licensed to practice real estate in California since 2007 and has spent the last five years building a referral business catering to a list of high profile clientele buying and selling luxury homes primarily out of state. She is now living in Montecito and is excited to be expanding her business working with clients in her own hometown.

Stephanie graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in biopsychology. She went on to earn a Master's degree in Social Work from the California State University at Long Beach. She became licensed as a clinical social worker and went on to serve the needs of special education students and their families for over ten years.
