A top-producing Realtor, Nick Svensson joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2001. He specializes in residential, investment & vacation property sales ranging from smaller homes to significant estates throughout the greater Santa Barbara region.

A native of Santa Barbara and resident for over 32 years, Nick matches his clients' needs to properties using both his professional expertise and personal knowledge of the area's diverse communities, including their schools and amenities. Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, Nick was associated for six years with Fred Sands Estates International Realtors. He was recognized for his outstanding sales record with membership in its Executive Circle, an award reserved for the firm's top ten percent of its more than 2,700 agents corporate-wide. Nick has also maintained sufficient sales volume to continuously place him in the top five of his Montecito/Santa Barbara office.

An avid outdoorsman, Nick truly appreciates all that Santa Barbara has to offer and enjoys surfing locally and fishing off of the coast. He earned a bachelor's degree, with highest honors, in cultural anthropology from the University of California at Santa Barbara . The remainder of his time is spent with his wife (Tara) and two boys (Riley & Alec).

Born in Sweden, Nick also maintains his knowledge of his native language and various customs by returning for annual visits.
