Westside Ranch is a premium vineyard in the highly sought terroir of the Adelaida Sub Appellation in the Paso Robles AVA, San Luis Obispo County, California. This approximately 80 acre parcel has an about 60 acre mature vineyard composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Petite Syrah and Syrah varietals. The property is to the west of U.S. 101 about 20 minutes toward the coast from the City of Paso Robles. 

 

Chimney Rock Road gently curves through the vineyard. Along the road are a charming main house, a 2nd residence, storage shed and a classic barn sitting on a knoll next to a historic oak tree. Across the road there is a 3rd residence and an old walnut processing barn currently used for equipment storage.

 

The vineyard’s east side blocks, planted in the 2000nds, are composed of an approximately 44.88 acres of high density vineyard of 6’ rows with 5’ plant spacing on a VSP trellis system.  The approximate acreages of planted varietals are;
