The 75+/- acres of vines produce mostly Bordeaux varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc, besides the Rhone varietals Mourvedre, Grenache, and Viognier. A vertical trellis system with heavy-duty gauge wire allows dense vine spacing, and thus more vines per acre. Pioneering vintners use this technique to encourage a vineyard environment that nurtures the growth of exquisite fruit.

Additionally, the property features two water wells; one a high producing AG well that produces about 500 gpm, the other a smaller well that produces about 75 gpm. A fully stocked fish pond provides the potential for frost protection, while a metal barn on slab accommodates equipment and offices.
