Kellie Roche is a third-generation Santa Barbara native. Her strong ties to the community and extensive knowledge of Santa Barbara and its surrounding areas contribute to her success in helping people buy and sell real estate.

After attending Santa Barbara High School, Kellie went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of San Diego, where she graduated at the top of her class as Summa Cum Laude. Kellie became a licensed Realtor in 2004 and joined Prudential California Realty in 2005; she won the Rookie of the Year award in 2006, and earned the Honor Society Award for Sales Performance in 2006, 2007, and 2008. She is in the top 12% of all Prudential real estate agents nationwide.
